In 2007 Dale established the highly effective Stress Free coaching programme for students. Dale has successfully provided support in Primary, Secondary and Further Education, including work with Barnfield College since 2008 on the UK's first Studio School Pilot.  However a common comment has always been 'what about the Teachers'. So here it is -The Educators Ally.

Your Educators Ally will be on site for up to 2 days per month to work with the senior management team in enhancing their approach and effectiveness, with discounted Personal Coaching Ally support for any staff members to take advantage of. The basic premise of effective Coaching is that if something's causing disruption or 'pain' in your organisation, something needs to change. 

Dale combines highly effective Coaching with Mentoring and 20 years experience of large organisations to bring relevance and a different perspective to the rapidly changing education environment.

Investment for the Educators Ally

Primary Schools:

• £250 per month for one day on site per month
• £400 per month for two days on site per month

Secondary Schools and Academies:

• £400 per month for one day per month on site
• £600 per month for two days on site per month

Further Education & Universities:

• £600 per month for one day per month on site + VAT
• £800/month for two days on site per month + VAT

(FE and University Ally package operates through Dale C Rockell Ltd and VAT would apply to all figures quoted for these establishments)

Travel costs and expenses may apply depending on distance and requirements.

Additional staff coaching support receives a 33% discount from Personal Coaching Ally rates just £50 per person (45 minute sessions via telephone, Skype (mutually convenient date and time), or onsite - (same day as Ally support only))
